The disgusting vice of alcohol can only end based on much understanding. In all the schools, colleges, universities, etc. should explain what is the vice of alcohol.
Only based on much instruction and comprehension can be fought the abominable vice of alcohol.
It is necessary to explain to the people what is the vice of alcohol, it is necessary to teach scientifically and with demonstration for the people to understand, the teaching should be scientific but so simple for everybody to understand.
The ANTI-ALCOHOLIC teaching should start at home and in the school. Anti-alcoholic institutes should be created with teachers who will make intensive popular labor at homes and schools.
In such INSTITUTES teachers will be prepared for the ANTI-ALCOHOLIC campaign. A new profession should be created: the profession of ANTI-ALCOHOLIC specialists.
The Governments will pay these teachers in the same way in which all the professors are paid.
This is the path to save the human kind from the abominable vice of alcohol.
