Using a PC - Using a portable device

How to enter to the live video-lectures system.

Go to your application store and search for the "GVO Conference" app.

Download and install this app. Please read the notes at the end.

Open the app and write your Name and the number of the Virtual Room. ( 39394527 ) No password needed.

What will you find?

This is the first of three possible windows or screens. With the options placed down and right, you can change the screen to the options of chat�

�members currently attending the virtual meeting (if the administrator allows it).

�and the main windows where the slide show is being presented.

How to send a message?

Touch the line to call the keyboard, write your message and press "send" to send a text to the instructor.

Important Notes

You can cancel the camera by clicking the symbol for a data saving mode and to have a more fluid conference. But ATTENTION! Do not cancel the microphone so you can listen to the instructor speaking.

After the lecture you can leave the virtual room by pressing the button "Sign out" or closing the app.

*We suggest you to enter with the virtual room using a Wi-Fi network for a reliable connection.

*Even though there may not be any activity in the virtual room right now, you can try to access it so when the time comes to participate in a lecture or practice, you will already know how to enter.
