The hermetic, Yogis, Rosicrucian, etc., always publicly taught in their books that every phenomenon has it's positive and negative side, its past and its future, its side of expiration and its side of development.
Always there has exist an struggle between the old and the new, between what's dying and what's being born; and from that struggle many transformation are born which are investigated by the history and science.
It's not useless to add that the struggle between what die and what is born, not always comes the best as the fanatics of the dogma of evolution suppose.
There are evolving-type and devolving-type transformations. History has demonstrated that the savagery, breastfeeding by civilization, has grown, developed and lastly it has eaten all that the man built through millions of years of evolution and progress.
The fight between the conflicting tendencies not always produce development, sometimes they also produce real catastrophes.
