As long as the cruelty exists within the individual, there couldn't be peace. Uselessly will fight many societies for the peace, while the cruelty, greed, egotism, pride, etc. exist inside the individual.
The peace can't be an objective, the peace can't be a goal to reach, the peace only comes to us when we dissolve the I, when we end the factors that produce wars and bloody revolutions, and conflicts between employers and workers, etc.
