Look carefully at those who surround thee and do not live in a house with people full of hatred, or superficiality, because the mixture of antagonistic forces creates destructive forces for thee and for those who live with thee. Imagine an encounter of energies forming an X. If you intensively fix your attention in the center of the forces that from the X, then you will hold up the circulation of that forces forming the X, and the result would be the deformation and breaking-off of the center or core of that X.
