Lay down in dorsal decubitus, (face up) with the head pointing to the East. You can lay down on your bed or in the perfumed earth or wherever you want. It is delicious to lie down to meditate in the flowered fields, or among that charming rumor of the ancestral pine woods, where the birds sing.

Also the Gnostic Ascetic can lay down over the mountain´s rocks or in the cliff edges of the tempestuous Sea. The friendly rocks give solace to the Gnostic Ascetic.

To set our body, in the shape of a beautiful five-pointed star or in the position of a dead man, you choose the position. The pentalfa happen to be profoundly esoteric; it can defend you from the attacks of the sinister.

The dead man´s position has a profoundly meaning: “Death is everybody´s crown, you know it”. You should look like a dead body; the feet touching each other in the heels and their toes separated as a fan.

The dead-body arms extended all the way long the body.

Breathe now as the newborn baby; look at the babies and put attention in the way they breathe, imitate them during the meditation.

How beautiful are the new born babies; they breath is certainly the same as the one of the WORLD´S SOUL.

The new born babies´ smell, it turns to be wild, it taste like a wood, a mountain, it has something…

In the innocent creatures only the essence pure and ineffable is manifested.

Now we can explain ourselves the fundamental reason why the new born babies are self-conscious.

However the older ones with smugness suppose that the new born is unconscious.

Look at the new born babies; in the cradles their little bodies relaxed have an indescribable aspect.

Imitate those new born babies; relax your body as the little babies do.

Let no muscle in tension, the legs and the arms of the new born babies look like silk.

The new born babies sleep delightfully in their cradles full of happiness and without any kind problems.

Imitate to the innocent children during the interior and deep meditation. Reconquer the childhood in the mind and in the heart.
